We are very sorry for your poor experience shopping with Splashes.com. As I mentioned over the phone, the “LPU” in “559LF-SSLPU” means “less pop up.” As such, the faucets that you ordered from us were not supposed to include the pop up drains that you are missing. I apologize that you were not aware of this prior to scheduling your plumber. I emailed you a link to Delta’s matching pop up drain for your faucets.
We are also very sorry for the delay on shipping the order. Special order items have to be ordered in from the manufacturer, and it is honestly a huge disappointment when we hear about a delay on an order. While delivering bad news is never fun, we try our best to keep our customers updated if we hear the manufacturer is going to take longer than normal to ship a product to us.
