The DF-KIT1-WS does come with a rough-in and a diverter valve! The rough-in that is included is the R10000-UNWS, and the diverter is the R11000.

The Delta DF-KIT1-WS Vero Shower Kit does not have a ceiling mounted option at this time.

However, Delta does sell many beautiful shower kits with that option.

A: All Delta Shower kits use a pressure balancing valve. I recommend looking at Kalia for quality thermostatically controlled shower kits.
