I am incredibly sorry about the dripping from your replacement faucet head. I’m not sure exactly what could be the cause, but I am confident that Grohe’s technical support team will be able to help resolve this. Normally, they prefer to troubleshoot problems with customers directly, as it may prolong the “fix” if they need to ask questions through us. With that being said, I am reaching out to them to see if they can help! I will follow up shortly with their response.
