Stellar customer service - one very happy customer

My previous review stated I did not like the screen on our new bathroom tap as it reduced the water flow and it took too long for our hot water to run in the bathroom. Beautiful but do not like the way the water pours

A serious upgrade from our old ugly tap. Easy to keep clean. However it has some sort of screen on it to reduce water flow. We live in a very old house so in order to get hot water running we have to run the hot water for about 3 minutes before it starts to heat up because the water pouring out comes thru a screen and isn’t a strong stream.
