That is, the iPhone app will silently accept and truncate a password longer than the the length it will internally send when attempting access to your router's access point. From my experience, that truncation point is at least equal to or greater than 10 characters, but smaller than 26 characters. Through online chat with Rinnai support, I have advised the support staff there, Nicholas, of this problem which caused me days of delay and hours of personal time to get my RWM200 Wifi module connected to my Wifi access point. That's not to speak of the Rinnai support time wasted and unnecessary cost of replacement of my new RWM200 Wifi module.

2) Rinnai support advised that the app will allow you to specify any start time for scheduled recirculation tasks, but they will only work if your start time is on as 15 minute interval; 8:15, 8:30, etc., not 8:05. Again an entrapment in the UI.

3) The "Recirculation Disabled" status item under the app should more appropriately be shown as "Recirculation In Use" or "Recirculation Inactive." It doesn't reflect whether you have enabled or disabled recirculation. I don't know if you can even use the app to disable recirculation.
